Everyone can only apply for one China passport.

○ Procedures to be performed by the applicant:

Citizens who want to leave the country for personal reasons and apply for passports shall apply to the exit-entry administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau where their registered permanent residence is located, answer relevant inquiries and perform the following procedures:

1. Submit the Approval Form for China Citizens to Apply for Going Abroad in duplicate and two complete photos (two inches in size) with my recent bareheaded photos;

2. Submit supporting materials corresponding to the reasons for leaving the country;

3. Submit the applicant's ID card or household registration book, and submit its copy.

○ Relevant certification materials to be submitted by the applicant:

(1) Go abroad to visit relatives and friends.

Invitations from relatives and friends and proof of residence of the inviter in the destination country must be submitted.

2. The residence certificate of the inviter in the destination country (one of the following is enough).

(1) Proof of residence qualification of the inviter in the destination country;

(3) Other certificates approved by the entry-exit administration department that can prove the inviter's legal residence in the destination country. Returned overseas Chinese and their relatives shall issue a certificate issued by the overseas Chinese affairs office of the city or county where their household registration is located or the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and their relatives. Citizens over the age of 60 and those who have gone abroad with their parents (or guardians) under the age of 16 only submit the opinions issued by the local police station where they work or have their household registration, and are exempt from the invitation letter from relatives and friends and the residence certificate of the inviter in the contact country.

(2) Individuals travel abroad.

Proof of foreign exchange expenses required for travel (such as the applicant's bank deposit certificate) must be submitted. When the entry-exit administrative department deems it necessary, the applicant shall also submit an invitation letter or guarantee letter from overseas relatives and friends.

(3) study abroad at your own expense.

The admission notice issued by the receiving school must be submitted, and the applicant should also submit the necessary financial guarantee certificate when the entry-exit administration department deems it necessary. Those with college education or above who apply for studying abroad at their own expense shall submit the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Studying Abroad at Their Own Expense issued by the provincial education authorities. To study religious courses abroad (including studying in domestic religious colleges), a certificate of consent issued by the Bureau of Religious Affairs at or above the provincial level shall be submitted. Public students (including international students from countries and institutions) must submit a complete Registration Form for Public Students to Apply for Passports.

(4) go abroad to settle down.

The residence permit certificate of the competent department of the national government or embassies and consulates in China or the certificate that relatives and friends agree to settle in the proposed residence shall be submitted.

(5) going abroad to inherit property.

Proof of legal inheritance must be submitted.

(6) Individuals go abroad for employment.

Employment, employment unit or employer's employment certificate with legal effect in the destination country must be submitted. A legally binding certificate refers to a certificate certified by the notary office of the destination country or the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad. The overseas laborers assisted by the labor service company shall submit the labor export certificate confirmed by the labor export agency that has the right to operate overseas labor services. Where an overseas employment service agency assists in handling overseas employment, it shall refer to the employment contract signed by the applicant and an overseas employer with the right to operate overseas employment confirmed by the overseas employment service agency.

(seven) the enterprise personnel go abroad because of their own business needs.

1. Submit a letter from a foreign company inviting the enterprise to go abroad.

2. Submit the industrial and commercial business license of the enterprise where the overseas personnel work, check the copy and get a copy.

3. Submit the letter signed by the legal representative of the enterprise and the opinions of the enterprise on going abroad. When the person in charge of the enterprise goes abroad, he must also submit the opinions of the higher authorities on his going abroad. Private enterprises and individual businessmen who go abroad on business are members of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and opinions are issued by the private enterprise associations or individual workers associations of cities and counties (districts).

4. Submit an invitation letter from a foreign employment contact unit. This letter was written in a foreign language. At the same time, Chinese translation is attached. The original and two copies of this letter should be submitted. One copy shall be kept by the accepting and approving authority and the examining authority respectively, and the original copy shall be returned to the applicant after the examination and approval.

5. Submit other supporting materials required by the examination and approval authority for examination and approval.

6 "China citizen exit application form" in duplicate, which shall be truthfully filled out by the person who intends to go abroad, with photos attached, and used as an exit certificate.

(eight) to engage in other unofficial activities abroad, you must submit the corresponding foreign invitation.

I. Accepting organ

Applicants who apply for going abroad on private business must apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at the county (city) level where their household registration is located.

Among them, units directly under the autonomous region (including central units in Nanning), personnel of enterprises and institutions, their spouses, children and parents can apply at the same time (permanent residence must be in Nanning), and they can go to the accreditation hall of the District Public Security Bureau for handling. Other people with permanent residence in Nanning apply to the administrative examination and approval hall of Nanning Municipal Government.

Second, go through the passport formalities.

(1) I present my ID card or residence booklet to the accepting organ to receive the Application Form for China Citizens Going Abroad for Private Purposes.

(2) Submit the following materials to the police at the front desk:

1. Fill in the Application Form for China Citizens Going Abroad for Private Purposes with photos that meet the prescribed standards.

If the applicant's permanent residence is located in the city where he applies for a passport as needed, the state staff who have registered for the record shall issue the opinions of the unit and affix the official seal of the competent department according to the cadre management authority, and other personnel do not need the opinions of the unit or the police station.

State functionaries registered and put on record refer to: cadres at or above the deputy division level and confidential staff of party and government organs and institutions, managers at or above the middle level of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, representatives of state-owned shares of state-owned holding and shareholding enterprises, cadres at or above the deputy division level in financial and insurance systems, retired cadres at or above the deputy division level and other personnel registered and put on record in the public security organs of their own units.

If the applicant's permanent residence is in a city that does not need to apply for a passport, the applicant must submit the opinions of his work unit or police station. The applicant's "unit opinion" can be filled in the corresponding column of the application form and stamped with the official seal, or it can be issued separately. The "Opinions of the Unit" shall include the following contents: whether the contents filled in the application form are true, whether the applicant has five situations that are prohibited from leaving the country by law, and whether the applicant agrees to leave the country (if not, the reasons shall be given). The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) National public officials are organized by the personnel department to issue opinions according to the cadre management authority.

(2) The employees of state-owned and state-holding enterprises and institutions shall be signed by the legal representative of the enterprise or its authorized personnel and security department, and the legal representative shall apply for going abroad, and the corresponding personnel management department shall issue opinions.

(3) College and middle school students are advised by their schools.

(4)/kloc-Children under the age of 0/4 must submit the certificate that the guardian agrees to go abroad, which is exempt from the opinions of the unit or the police station.

3. Submit/kloc-0 copies of the original and copy of my resident ID card and household registration book (the original will be returned to me after the public security inspection): If it is difficult to submit the original household registration book due to the collective account, a copy of the household registration book (including the front and back) signed by the security department of the unit, marked with the date of signature and stamped with the official seal (or official seal of the unit) must be submitted.

A copy of the household registration book of a non-collective household only needs to submit the applicant's information page, but if the content changes, such as upgrading the ID number, the changed information page must be attached.

4. A photo that meets the prescribed standards (the standard is attached).

5. Obtain the application receipt and pay 200 yuan RMB.

6. Appointment date, you can get your passport with the application receipt, and you can't approve the notice of going abroad without approval.

Third, the time limit for processing passports.

The public security organ shall settle the case within 15 working days from the date of acceptance, but if there is any doubt about the application for going abroad, the investigation time will not be counted.

Attachment: photo standard

1. The photo shows the holder's recent straight-edge bareheaded color bust (glossy paper). National public officials do not wear standard clothes, children do not wear red scarves, and photos are limited to one person.

Second, the background color of the photo is white (the background color of the white-haired photo is light blue), and other colors are not accepted.

Third, photos require clear portraits, rich levels and natural expressions. One-time snapshots, remake photos or photos printed by various color printers are not accepted.

Four, the original photo portrait size requirements:

Passport photo size: 48mm× 33mm.

Head width: 2 124 mm

Head length: 2833 mm

Photos whose head size exceeds the specified size range are not accepted.
