HTCs510b cannot receive text messages sent by others. I tried deleting the wrong 360 Security Guard and it didn't work. There is nothing wrong with the SIM card.

Failure to receive text messages or verification codes may be caused by the following situations:

1. Check whether the mailbox is full. If so, please delete some information;

2. If you still cannot receive it after deleting it, it is recommended that you change your phone or card to test to see if it is caused by hardware;

3. Check whether it is intercepted by mobile phone interception software;

4 , check whether the mobile phone signal is normal, and try to test whether it can be received in other locations.

After eliminating the above reasons and it still cannot be used normally, please contact local customer service to solve this problem.
