According to the judgment of the Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, our province is facing increasing pressure from foreign imports. In order to further improve the investigation and management of personnel at risk of epidemic spillover in Chengdu, Shenzhen and other places, the relevant matters are urgently notified as follows:

1. Immediate investigation and control. All towns, towns and high-tech zones must conscientiously implement the county’s guidelines for rural epidemic prevention and control and the 20 measures for normalized epidemic prevention and control. From now on, they must quickly investigate those who have lived in Chengdu and Shenzhen since August 25. From now on, "point-to-point" closed-loop management will be implemented for people coming from Chengdu and Shenzhen, and measures such as 7-day centralized quarantine will be adopted to prevent the epidemic from spreading to the local area.

2. Strengthen the collaborative investigation of risk personnel. It is necessary to promptly respond to the assisted investigation information sent by Chengdu and Shenzhen, push it in time, conduct timely investigation, and promptly control the risk personnel to ensure that the timely rate, verification rate, control rate and feedback rate of the assisted investigation information reach 100, and ensure that the "four cleanses" of risk personnel are achieved.

3. People coming from Chengdu and Shenzhen should immediately report to the community, work unit or hotel where they live, and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with local requirements. All towns, towns and high-tech zones promptly report the investigation and control status of people coming from Chengdu and Shenzhen to the Social Prevention and Control Guidance Department of the County Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters every day.

4. Residents are requested to pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation and avoid unnecessary travel to Chengdu, Shenzhen and other risk areas and cities with local epidemics. If you really need to go, you must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, protect yourself throughout the process, strengthen self-health monitoring, and avoid going to crowded places.
