On May 20th, the General Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government issued "Several Measures for Promoting Automobile Consumption in Tianjin". The measure pointed out that in 2020, Tianjin will add 35,000 personal increment indicators for passenger cars by lottery; From June 1 day to February 1 day, 2020, people living in Tianjin or units registered in Tianjin will buy new energy minibuses locally, and each car will be given a voucher of 2,000 yuan for car charging, with no more than 30,000 vehicles in the city.

The purpose behind this series of combination punches is naturally self-evident. In the face of the declining automobile market, directly increasing the number plate quota can give those users who just need to buy a car the right to go on the road.

On the same day, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hainan Provincial Department of Finance and the Hainan Provincial Public Security Department jointly issued the Notice on Implementing the Interim Policy of Promoting the Consumption of New Energy Vehicles in Hainan Province. According to the notice, the purchase of new energy vehicles will be rewarded with RMB 6,543.8+0,000 yuan, and the total reward funds will not exceed RMB 6,543.8+0.5 million yuan.

Compared with the way the Tianjin municipal government increased the number plate, the Hainan provincial government is more sincere and directly subsidizes new energy vehicles with real money.

Is the automobile market saturated?

Although many local governments have come up with ways to stimulate the consumer market, there is still a saying in the market that the domestic automobile market is saturated and consumers' desire to buy a car is not so strong.

However, this view does not agree with people living in a limited number of cities. For them, having their own vehicle number plate is an unattainable thing, and even many local aborigines have participated in the lottery army for decades. Every time I receive a notification message, it is "Sorry, there is no winning code this time."

Take Beijing as an example. By the end of April, the number of the latest lottery has reached 3.37 million, and the application index for new energy license plates has exceeded 430,000. In Beijing alone, nearly 4 million people are waiting for license plates. He hopes to unite high-tech enterprises and automobile enterprises to build a city brain, guide cross-industry cooperation and standardize cross-industry data applications.

Chen Hong, chairman of SAIC, believes that for urban traffic management, it is suggested to improve the level of urban traffic management and gradually liberalize urban purchase restrictions. First of all, do a good job in the digital accumulation of urban traffic basic information, and accelerate the replacement of simple traffic restrictions with big data and smart traffic management.

Li Yanhong, chairman of Baidu, suggested that the state should strengthen policy guidance, on the one hand, explore the mode of urban intelligent transportation operators; On the other hand, it is to speed up the collaborative and intelligent transformation of traffic networks, build a national intelligent traffic management platform, and form a safe and reliable modern traffic management system.

In fact, it is not difficult to see that many NPC representatives have suggested promoting and building intelligent transportation. It can be predicted that in the future, with the promotion of new infrastructure, more and more traffic data can be fed back to traffic managers in time, and people, cars and roads can be thoroughly perceived with the convenience and openness of data.
