How to refuse express delivery

1. When the goods arrive at the self-declaration counter, you will receive a short message, as shown in the figure below.

2. If the courier doesn't come to pick it up, the logistics status will be shown as follows.

3. If you take the express delivery, it is the default receipt, and the status will become the following, as shown below.

To sum up, if you want to refuse, don't use the unpacking code to open the courier. Note that there are two ways: one is to wait for the express cabinet to expire. From the moment the message is sent, there is only 24 hours to pick it up, so if no one comes to pick it up within 24 hours, the courier will be returned automatically.

5. Or contact the courier directly according to the phone number on the logistics list to explain the rejection, and the courier will return it directly. Then you will see the logistics information automatically signed back, as shown in the figure below.

6. You can also contact the seller to request a return and fill out a return application. The seller, that is, the shipper, can directly contact the courier to return the goods, so that you can't get to the courier cabinet.
