second, what kind of APP everyone wants to download is personal freedom, and not every parent is willing to download it. It's a bit unreasonable to ask others to download it. Moreover, many of the current government affairs do not need an APP, but only need to be handled by WeChat applet or Alipay, and it is more convenient and faster. Some government affairs apps are still difficult to use, and some parents are extremely inconvenient to use. It is better to use Alipay and WeChat. Although it is said that it is an information society, almost everyone is using smart phones, but it does not rule out that some parents use old computers and ask these parents to download apps. Isn't this difficult for them?

Third, no matter what reason the school asks parents to download the government APP, I don't think they need to do it. Because this is not a citizen's obligation, nor is it a moral requirement, and the school has no right to ask parents to do so.
