With the increasing number of people returning to work and studying in our city, "internal proliferation prevention and external defense input" is still the top priority of current prevention and control work. In order to prevent cluster infection in public places, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control brought about by the new situation and changes, and ensure the safety of public travel. 19 from 0: 00 on February 0, during the epidemic prevention and control period in the whole city, a health registration system for public travel and entering shopping malls and supermarkets was established. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2. Buses and taxis should be "one car and one yard" and subways should be "one stop and one yard". Before passengers get on the bus (subway station), scan the QR code of Zhengzhou residents' health registration posted on the car body (subway station entrance) through Alipay or WeChat, fill in personal health information (if they have been registered in the community, only scan the code without repeating the report), and show the driver (subway security inspector) a successful interface for scanning the code. Old people and students can use the old age cards and student cards registered in real-name registration system.

3. Shopping malls and supermarkets implement "one store, one yard". Before customers enter shopping malls and supermarkets, they can scan the "QR code of Zhengzhou residents' health registration" posted at the entrance of shopping malls and supermarkets through Alipay or WeChat, and fill in personal health information (if they have already registered in the community, just scan the code and don't repeat the report). The interface with successful code scanning will be submitted to the managers of shopping malls and supermarkets for inspection. If it shows that it is not necessary to enter the home, you will not enter.
