Instructions for taking things

Collection time:

Baggage claim location: South Tourist Center Square, Gao Feng Forest Park, Guangxi.

Pick-up time: 9: 00-18: 00 on May 4th; May 9: 00 to 20: 00 15

Receiving materials:

-Short-sleeved sports quick-drying T-shirt (one piece)

-Entrance number cloth (one large and one small)

-The players in the Senyong Yijing Group will assign the entry numbers to the junior and senior students.

-Competition backpack (including disposable raincoat)

Tips:

Participants must collect their personal ID cards at the scene before the competition. They were asked to wear protective masks, show their health codes at the entrance and take a temperature test.

The traffic connection was connected on May 16.

Gao Feng Forest Park Hotel

On the day of the competition, the organizing committee will set up bus route 2 12:

Guangxi Forestry Hospital Station (direction of Gao Feng Forest Park, Guangxi)-Gao Feng Forest Park Station (competition venue)

1, 16 buses get off at the south gate from 6: 00 to 8: 20, and all the contestants are tested for their body temperature and enter the park. They walk 700 meters along the right sidewalk to the visitor center square and are not allowed to enter the motorway.

2. Self-driving players must drive to the parking lot to stop and get off the passengers, and walk along the right sidewalk to the main venue.

Players who take a taxi or ride online must get off at the south gate and walk to the main venue.

Remarks: On June 6th, from 6: 00 to 8: 30, vehicles entering the South Gate of 16 will pass in one direction, but they can't get in or out (except special vehicles such as 120), and all contestants will be under the command of security personnel.

Bus Line 2 12 Time:

Before May 06:00-07:30 16.

After the game, May 16, 10:30- 12:00.

Note: Bus line 2 12 is not the official shuttle bus of the Organizing Committee, so please take the initiative to coin/swipe the electronic bus card.
