Lenovo mobile phone can't send short messages

In view of the problem that short messages cannot be sent normally, it is recommended to refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. It is recommended to confirm whether the mobile phone is in arrears first. If it is arrears, make up the fee for the operator and try again.

2. Confirm whether the SMS can't be sent to all contacts normally. If it is a personal contact, it is suggested to recall whether the relevant contact blacklist is set, or use some third-party SMS to intercept relevant functional software;

3. Rule out the above possibilities, or it may be caused by an abnormal SMS program. You can download other third SMS software for comparison, or go to System Settings-Application Management-Find the corresponding SMS (or Lenovo Address Book)-"Clear Data" for improvement, and back up SMS, contacts and other materials before operation to avoid data loss;

4. If possible, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if you can send short messages normally. Do not rule out that it is caused by the abnormality of your SIM card;

5. It cannot be improved after the above operations. It is recommended to back up the fuselage data to avoid the inconvenience caused by loss, and then restore the factory settings to see if it can be improved.

If the problem still cannot be effectively solved, it is suggested to take time to go to a nearby Lenovo authorized repair station for specific inspection and treatment for normal use in the future.
