"Prepare a blank sheet of paper. Buy a sterile cotton swab from the drugstore, three for each person. Pick up a cotton swab, put it in your mouth, and scrape it back and forth on the muscle wall inside your cheek to make the cotton head fully wet, and scrape it 20 times. The second one scraped 20 times on the other side. Scrape the third root 10 times before taking it out. Wrap it in white paper or envelope, and indicate the identity and name of the sample owner on the surface of the envelope.
