How to apply for the little angel foundation

1. Introduction of the Little Angel Fund:

The Little Angel Fund is the first special fund to help leukemia children in China initiated by the China Red Cross Foundation, and the money raised is specially used to help leukemia children from poor families.

2. Application procedures:

According to the relevant provisions of the Management Rules of the Little Angel Foundation

1. Article 13 Applicants

Children and adolescents aged -14 who are suffering from leukemia and have poor families can apply for financial assistance from the Little Angel Foundation as applicants.

2. Article 14 Eligible applicants log on to the official website designated by the China Red Cross Foundation, fill in and submit the electronic version of the Application Form for Little Angel Fund according to the prompts, download and print the application form (in duplicate), and submit the following materials to the Red Cross Society at or above the county level:

(1) The applicant's application form for help (indicating the family economic situation, the treatment of children and the applicant's detailed contact information);

(2) a copy of the household registration book;

(3) a certificate of family economic status issued by the people's government at or above the rural township (town) or the administrative agency at or above the city street office;

(4) First-time bone puncture examination report, relevant examination report and disease diagnosis certificate issued by medical institutions with the qualification of diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases.

3. Article 15 After reviewing the materials submitted by the applicant, the Red Cross Society at or above the county level shall affix its official seal on the Application Form for the Little Angel Fund, one of which shall be kept for the record, and the other shall be sent to the China Red Cross Foundation's Little Angel Fund Funding Evaluation Office.

4. Article 16 The China Red Cross Foundation will publish the confirmed information of children on the designated website.

3. Application method:

1. Children and adolescents aged -14 who suffer from leukemia and have poor families, their parents (or legal guardians) apply for funding from the Little Angel Fund.

2. Eligible applicants log on to the official website of China Red Cross Foundation, download and print the application form (in duplicate) and fill it out completely, and then apply to the Red Cross Society at or above the county level (including the county level) for help.

3. After reviewing the information submitted by the applicant, the Red Cross Society at or above the county level shall affix its official seal on the Application Form for the Support of the Little Angel Fund, one of which shall be kept for the record, and the other shall be sent to the Evaluation Office for the Support of the Little Angel Fund.
