Some functions of Momo have been permanently banned, so how can I unblock them if I can't send dynamic messages?

Enter immomo.com (Momo official website address) in the browser and select the account service, as shown in the following figure.

Then log in through the account, and you can check the status of the account.

For example, my account is normal.

If the account is in an abnormal state, you can click "Service Center". Then click "Complaint Unsealing".

If the account is abnormal, please check the blocked status through the "User Help-Account Status" function of Momo client and apply for unsealing.
