Bank cards have SMS reminders, but there is no SMS reminder for fund changes. What is the reason?

Second, your mobile phone can't receive SMS:

(1) The mobile phone may be unable to receive new messages due to too many short messages and insufficient memory space.

(2) The mobile phone number is in arrears with the operator's communication fee, and the service may be suspended by the operator to which the mobile phone belongs, resulting in that the mobile phone cannot receive short messages normally.

(3) The short message sending network signal of operators in this area is poor or their network is blocked, resulting in the loss or delay of short messages.

A Trojan horse intercepted your message. Because now the basic way for hackers to steal bank cards or Alipay is to intercept verification code messages sent by Alipay or banks.
