As of February 6, 2022, Xinxiang has been unsealed.

Xinxiang began to unseal at 0: 001on June 24, 2022. The unsealing is mainly aimed at communities without epidemic situation, that is, communities without abnormality after several rounds of nucleic acid detection.

Xinxiang, formerly known as Mu Ye, is bordered by Taihang Mountain in the north and Yellow River in the south. It governs 12 counties (cities, districts), 1 urban-rural integration demonstration zones and 2 national development zones.
