Guangzhou social security card cross-city use

Legal analysis: the money in Guangzhou social security card can only be used in other cities if it meets the five conditions of medical treatment in different places, otherwise it can't be used.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Notice of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Printing and Distributing has the following medical insurance functions:

(a) can be used as the insured in accordance with the provisions of the city's social insurance designated medical institutions and medical insurance designated retail pharmacies (hereinafter referred to as designated medical institutions) for medical treatment, drug purchase and other provisions of supplies and medical expenses settlement vouchers.

(two) the social medical insurance personal account funds transfer, use and withdrawal vouchers.

(three) in accordance with the provisions of the social medical insurance policy, the sporadic medical expenses of the insured are included in the refund.

(four) approved long-term medical personnel in different places of the general outpatient co-ordination lump sum funds included, withdrawal.

(five) in the corresponding social security card service bank any outlets or medical insurance business information inquiry facilities to inquire about their personal accounts.

(six) other functions set according to the requirements of the relevant competent departments of social medical insurance vouchers.
