Why can't the phone starting with 853 be intercepted?

First, download Tencent Mobile Manager from your mobile phone. After downloading, click Enter. After entering the software interface of Tencent Mobile Manager, click Security Protection at the bottom of the interface to enter. After entering, find the harassment interception option and turn it on.

After adding the blacklist of mobile phone numbers, we will not receive incoming calls and text messages from the phone numbers in the blacklist. If we want to unseal this contact, we can delete the phone number of the corresponding contact in the blacklist, and then we can receive the phone number and text message of this contact again.

Second, Apple's mobile phone blocks harassing calls:

First, find the phone icon in the Apple phone. After entering, open the recent call, find the corresponding harassing call, and then click details. At this point, the option to block the incoming number will appear in its drop-down information. After clicking enter, select the option of blocking contacts to block the mobile phone number you want to block.
