Newly bought Fiji router, unplug it for three minutes, then plug it in. Even if there was a sudden strike signal, the line was completely connected. Why?

Generally speaking, the router in Fiji is not particularly good, but it will not be as you said!

You'd better turn off your router and turn it on later to see if there is a wifi signal on your mobile phone (it's best to try two more mobile phones), or use your smart TV to check whether its wifi signal is normal!

If the wifi signal is normal, other mobile phones or TVs can access the Internet, indicating that there is something wrong with your mobile phone. Restart the phone and deal with it!

If none of the above devices can detect the wifi signal, there may be a problem with the router settings. I suggest you log in and have a look!

If not, you can go to the store where you bought the equipment and let them handle it, and see if it is a setup problem or a equipment problem!
