From 0-24:00 on August 31, there were 4 new local asymptomatic infections in our city, all of which were discovered from centralized isolation points , all have been transferred to the city’s designated hospitals for isolation treatment. As of 6:00 on September 1, a total of 849 close contacts and 1,353 sub-close contacts of asymptomatic infected persons have been investigated, and relevant control measures have been implemented. Nucleic acid test results have been obtained for 1,903 people, all of whom were negative. The remaining results are pending. A total of 212 items and environmental samples from relevant places were collected, of which 1 nucleic acid test result was positive and 211 were negative. A total of 5,500 square meters of environmental disinfection in relevant places have been completed.

They are not allowed to organize or participate in offline meetings; they are not allowed to engage in offline teaching or other group activities; they are not allowed to enter song and dance halls, bathrooms, cinemas, Internet cafes, Confined places such as bars; are not allowed to participate in gathering activities such as dinner parties, weddings, etc.; are not allowed to take public transportation. Those with yellow codes who fail to proactively report to their communities and units, refuse to implement the "Five Nos" requirements, fail to attend designated nucleic acid sampling sites for testing as required, or fail to participate in all-employee nucleic acid testing at the wrong time as required, or fail to comply with on-site order, will be punished. Will be severely investigated and punished in accordance with laws and regulations.

The city’s government agencies, enterprises, institutions, public places, public transportation, residential areas, etc. must fully implement various prevention and control measures, and strictly check the “doorbell code” and 72-hour nucleic acid negative of people entering. Reports or 24-hour sampling certificates must be scanned and inspected every time you enter. People with red and yellow health codes and red warnings on the "doorbell code" are not allowed to enter. For places and units that fail to implement prevention and control requirements such as code scanning and inspection as required, the competent departments of various localities and industries must seriously supervise and make rectifications. If the epidemic spreads, the corresponding responsibilities will be strictly investigated.

The whole city must further tighten the responsibilities of the "four parties".
