3. Explain why you want to quit the team. You can write physical reasons or academic reasons. Just right.

The reasons are as follows: (1) The nature of my schooling is self-study, and my family attaches too much importance to academic qualifications, which is particularly stressful. I signed up for three self-study exams, and now the honor guard competition is over. I have no task in the near future, so I want to choose these two days to apply and then take the self-study exam.
