In the mobile network, if the number preset by the user includes: fixed or mobile phone number, GSM Chinese short message station, voice mail number, automatic pager number. Then users have four different types of call forwarding services.

1, CFU (unconditional call forwarding), whenever the contracted user has a new call, the network will automatically forward the call to the number preset by the contracted user regardless of the current state of the called user and whether it is turned on or not, and the mobile phone will not ring.

2.CFB (Busy Call Forwarding), also known as Busy Forwarding, means that if the user who signed up for the service has a new call while talking, the network will automatically forward the new call that arrives later to the user's preset phone number. Call connection example of busy forwarding.

3.CFNRy (Call Forward No Answer) means that if the user's phone rings for a certain period of time and no one answers (preset answering time, for example, 30 seconds), the network will automatically transfer the call to the preset phone number. Depending on the model of mobile phone, the ringing time is not exactly the same, usually 30-60 seconds. For example, the customer sets the time for answering the phone without forwarding to 20 seconds. When the mobile phone calls, the customer can answer normally within 20 seconds after starting to ring, and if the phone does not answer after 20 seconds, the call will be forwarded.

4.CFNRc (Call Forward Unreachable) means that the network does not know the current location information of the user, such as the mobile phone is turned off, and the user has reached the blind area covered by the network (not in the effective service area, poor signal). At this time, when he is called, the network cannot page the user. At this time, the network will call the incoming call to the phone number preset by the contracted user.

Among them, unconditional and unreachable are collectively referred to as unconditional call forwarding, and no answer and busy are collectively referred to as conditional call forwarding. Users of mobile networks can register for multiple call forwarding services at the same time. Among the four types of call forwarding, unconditional call forwarding CFU has the highest priority. If users register for CFU and other types of call forwarding at the same time, the network will give priority to the rules of CFU to handle calls. The other three types of call forwarding have the same rights. After meeting their respective application conditions, the network will connect the incoming call to the corresponding signing number.
