According to Article 36 of the Tort Liability Law of the People's Republic of China: Internet users and network service providers who use the Internet to infringe on the civil rights and interests of others shall bear tort liability.

If an Internet user uses network services to commit infringement, the infringed party has the right to notify the network service provider to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, and disconnection. If the network service provider fails to take necessary measures in a timely manner after receiving the notice, it shall be jointly and severally liable with the network user for the expanded damage.

If a network service provider knows that a network user is using its network services to infringe on the civil rights of others and fails to take necessary measures, it shall bear joint and several liability with the network user. There are several solutions:

Change your phone number.

Drag all phone numbers from which text messages are sent to the blacklist.

Follow the account URL reminded by the text message and use the verification code sent to actually register. It is impossible for the other party to have all your information, or the other party has used their own information to register. After passing the verification, change the password immediately and then view the information. Then take legal action to deal with it.

Set up interception! No matter what verification code you receive, you cannot give it to anyone! You can just delete it directly, or you can call the operator and ask someone to explain your situation to see if there is any way to avoid receiving such text messages!

Joint and several liability. If the right holder causes damage to network users or network service providers due to wrong notification, he shall bear infringement liability.
