What if Xiaomi box can't connect to wifi?

Xiaomi box can't connect to wifi network, and it can be divided into two parts for investigation:

1, the network itself:

① Please change the encryption mode of the router to none (no encryption) and try to connect. If you can connect normally, you can reset the password and encryption mode of the router (Xiaomi Box supports encryption modes: WEP, WPA, WPA2) and try to connect the box again;

(2) If the method fails, please check whether the router has set MAC address login restrictions. If there are corresponding restrictions, please modify the router settings, or reset the router directly and try to connect again;

③ You can also set a WiFi hotspot with your mobile phone, and connect the WiFi hotspot with the Xiaomi box to see if you can connect. If you can connect, there may be something wrong with the router equipment. It is recommended to change the routing attempt.

2. Xiaomi box inspection:

① Check whether the password input is correct;

② Restart the Xiaomi box and reconnect the WiFi；;

③ Modify the input method at the frame end and try to re-enter the password to connect to WiFi；;

Note: If you use Baidu input method when entering the WiFi password, you need to click the keyboard punctuation option (the option name is "? 12 ") looking for half-width symbols and entering full-width symbols without turning pages will lead to password mismatch (such as question marks? )。

④ Restore the millet box to factory settings.
