How long can the application for subsistence allowances be approved?

Generally, it takes 15-30 days to approve the subsistence allowance application, and the applicant submits the subsistence allowance application after completing the certification materials without any cost. Residents applying for subsistence allowances shall apply to the neighborhood (community) committee where the household registration is located, and provide an application form, household registration book, ID card, income certificate of family members and other relevant certificates and materials that the civil affairs department deems necessary. At the same time, the residents' (community) committee shall inform the applicant of all the other certificates and materials that need to be provided at one time.

The conditions for applying for subsistence allowances are as follows:

1. Residents (villages) with no source of income, no ability to work and no breadwinner.
