Why don’t wives usually go to funerals?

When a husband dies, his wife often stays at home instead of going to his funeral.

This is because:

(1) Take the remaining people away

The party (husband) who is afraid of death is reluctant to part with (wife) and takes the remaining people away. Take the wife away. Therefore, you cannot mourn the other party.

(2) Excessive sadness

After spending many years together, the wife is probably the most affectionate towards her husband. At a funeral, a wife who deeply loves her husband will usually be heartbroken. To avoid excessive grief, it is not appropriate for the wife to appear at the funeral.

(3) Killing children or future husbands

There is a folk custom. It is said that if a wife goes to a funeral or visits a grave, it will affect her fate. If the wife remarries in the future, her husband and children will be killed.
