"CITIC Bank Tencent Wangka Co-branded Credit Card" (hereinafter referred to as "Co-branded Card") is a co-branded credit card product jointly launched by China Unicom and CITIC Bank Credit Card Center (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Card Center") to give back to the old users of Tencent Wangka. Tencent Wangka users apply for co-branded cards in the official account of "Wangka Assistant" WeChat, and CITIC Bank Credit Card Center conducts credit review and issuance. After the user binds the number of Tencent Dawang Card with the information of the co-branded card, the user can enjoy the monthly rent of Tencent Dawang Card, up to 12 months, and also enjoy the annual fee exemption and the discount of eating, drinking and having fun.

Activity content:

Customers in the activity object can enter the co-branded card application page through the activity page in the official account of "Wangka Assistant" WeChat, and fill in personal information to apply for a co-branded card. When applying for a co-branded card on the co-branded card activity page, if the user has bound the Tencent Wangka number in Wangka Assistant, he will enter the credit card application page; If the card number is not bound, a window will pop up to remind the user to bind the card number, and it is not allowed to jump to the credit card application page. After entering the co-branded card application page, you can submit the co-branded card application order without verification.

Credit review and issuance of co-branded cards are the responsibility of CITIC Card Center. The card card issued with the co-branded card will explain in detail the card opening method of the co-branded card (including the card opening method of dynamic card space APP, WeChat and SMS). Users can only use the co-branded card normally after opening the card, and enjoy the corresponding privileges when they meet the corresponding credit card conditions (see "Activity Rules" for details).

After the user meets the corresponding activity rules, CITIC Card Center verifies and realizes the basic rights and privileges. Among them, the "monthly rent gift benefit" of Privilege II requires the user to associate and bind the Tencent Wang card number after opening the card. After the card is up to standard, CITIC will verify and give away the phone bill.

The "monthly rent gift" of the co-branded card consists of two parts: condition 1: the monthly rent of Tencent Dawang Card for 3 months when you apply for the card and condition 2: the monthly rent of Tencent Dawang Card for 9 months after swiping the card.

Condition 1: "Get the monthly rent of Tencent Dawang Card for 3 months" is an activity that users participate in within 60 days of checking the card, and it is a one-time phone bill gift activity;

Condition 2: "9-month rent after swiping Tencent Dawang Card" begins to participate. The condition is that the user swipes the card in the third month after receiving the phone bill. Users who fail to participate in condition 1 within 60 days after card inspection directly participate in condition 2, and will be given monthly rent after swiping their cards within the standard.
