There are two reasons.

The first category: the physical connection is completed, charging has been started, but charging cannot be done; the second category: charging is stopped midway.

Fault state: The physical connection is completed, charging has been started, but charging cannot be performed. Possible reasons and solutions: 1. The power battery is full. When the power battery is full, charging will automatically stop. 2. If the power battery temperature is lower than -20°C or higher than 65°C, allow the power battery to be heated or cooled before charging. Place the vehicle in an environment with a suitable temperature, and wait until the temperature is normal before charging. 3. Check whether the charging power supply is normal and confirm whether the power supply has overload protection. Please use a dedicated charging power supply: 220V 50Hz, 10A standard single-phase two-pole grounded socket for charging. 4. The AC charging connection device is not connected correctly. Make sure that the switch of the AC charging device has been flipped up. Note that the charging device plugs of seven-core to seven-core cables have different lengths and different connection positions. 5. If there is a fault in the vehicle or the AC charging connection device, the power system fault light is on or there is a charging system fault prompt on the combination instrument. At this time, you should stop charging and contact the authorized car service store in time. 6. If the charging pile or vehicle shows a fault, make sure the power system fault light is on on the combination instrument.
