How do corporate users of China Bank open SMS reminders?

Bank of China customer SMS notification opened:

Both local and foreign currency accounts of company SMS can be opened, but the company RMB current settlement account must be opened in China Bank as the payment account. At present, only foreign currency accounts are opened in BOC, and those without RMB current accounts cannot be opened. When applying for enterprise SMS products, enterprise customers shall submit the following materials:

1. If a new bank settlement account is opened and an enterprise short message service product is opened at the same time, the following materials shall be provided in addition to the account opening information:

(1) power of attorney (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the company and signed by the legal representative/person in charge;

(2) Sign the Agreement on Management of RMB Unit Bank Settlement Account and Comprehensive Product Service of Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and the Articles of Association of Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Articles of Association), and submit the Signature Form of Unit Bank Settlement Account Comprehensive Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Signature Form) stamped with the official seal of the unit and signed by the legal representative/person in charge;

(3) The Application for Comprehensive Products and Services of China Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") stamped with the official seal of the company or reserved with the seal of the bank, and check the corresponding fields of enterprise SMS;

(4) The original and photocopy of the identity documents of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person;

(5) The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the mobile phone short message receiver filled in the application form.

2. If an existing customer who has opened a bank settlement account of the Company opens a short message service product for the first time, he shall provide the following materials as stipulated in this article:

(1) power of attorney (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the company and signed by the legal representative;

(2) For existing customers who have signed the new version of the agreement and articles of association and subsequently apply for providing comprehensive products and services, you only need to submit an application form stamped with the company's official seal or reserved bank seal, and check the corresponding field of enterprise SMS;

(3) For existing customers who have not signed the new version of the agreement and articles of association, when applying for providing comprehensive product services, they should sign the new version of the agreement and articles of association and submit the signing form with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative/person in charge while submitting the application form with the official seal or bank seal reserved and checking the corresponding fields of the SMS;

(4) The original and photocopy of the identity documents of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person;

(5) The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the mobile phone short message receiver filled in the application form.

Corporate customers should be responsible for the accuracy of reserved mobile phone numbers and the timeliness of changes to ensure the safety of related information transmission.
