Automatic updating of SMS

Check whether the network environment is abnormal, restart WLAN or data flow, and refresh the network. Situational intelligence generates cards according to the content and source number of short messages. Please check whether the content of the message is correct and whether the source number is the official number. Note: When purchasing tickets through unofficial websites, the received SMS may be unrecognizable.

Please ensure that the situational intelligence function is turned on:

EMUI 5。 X and above: 1. Slide the main screen to the right to enter the negative screen/smart assistant. (If the Negative Screen/Smart Assistant is not turned on, please press and hold the blank of the desktop to enter the desktop editing mode, and click More Settings to turn on the Negative Screen/Smart Assistant switch. ) 2. Click on the account avatar Scenario Intelligence to turn on the scenario intelligence switch, and check the items that need to be reminded in the item list, such as flights, trains, credit card repayment, etc. 3. Scenario Intelligent Interface settings, and turn on the SMS template automatic update switch in the settings list.

EMUI 4.x platform: drop down the status bar, click the light bulb icon on the right side of the notification bar to enter the situation intelligence interface, click the gear icon in the upper right corner to enter the situation intelligence setting, select the event type, turn on the enable switch, and confirm whether the required functions are turned on.

EMUI 3. 1 Platform: Click Settings; Situational intelligence, turn on the situational intelligence switch.
