Is there no fire escape to transfer your house?

In China, it is illegal to build a house without a fire escape. According to "Urban Building Design Standard" and "Residential Design Code", all newly-built houses must be equipped with fire exits, which must meet certain requirements, such as safety, stability and easy evacuation.

If you want to transfer your own self-built house, you need to go through the relevant approval procedures first. When applying for transfer, you may be asked to provide proof that the fire-fighting facilities meet the requirements. Failure to provide these documents may affect the transfer procedures.
