China Merchants Bank will send a risk SMS notification before the customer's credit card is blocked or reduced. The content is:

Dear customers, a risky transaction has recently occurred in your credit card of China Merchants Bank, so I would like to remind you to standardize the use of the card. If it is not improved, the bank will take measures such as reducing the credit card quota according to the regulatory requirements to ensure the security of credit cards [China Merchants Bank]

If you receive such risk information, it means that your previous transaction behavior has been recognized as "cashing out" by the Credit Card Center of China Merchants Bank, and you are listed in the "credit card risk customer control list".

Received risk SMS notification 1 time: included in the "credit card risk customer control list".

I received two risk SMS notifications: the credit card installment function was disabled, and all installments (single payment, bill installment and cash installment) could not be processed.

Received three risk SMS notifications: the credit card will be suspended or deducted at any time.

Customers with serious credit card "cashing out" will be directly suspended or reduced if they do not improve their credit card use behavior after receiving a risk SMS notice. Customers whose credit cards are "cashed out" are particularly serious, and their credit cards will be directly suspended or reduced without receiving the risk SMS notification.

Among the national banks, the credit card supervision of Communications, CITIC and China Merchants is the strictest.
