I booked the ticket online successfully. Why didn't I receive an email or SMS notification?

When booking online successfully, I didn't receive email or SMS notification, which was caused by the wrong setting. The solution is as follows:

1. First, check whether your mobile phone is in airplane mode. After the airplane mode is turned on, the mobile phone will not receive any information.

2. Then open the login page of 12306 official website, enter the login name and password, and then click Login, as shown in the figure below.

3. Click to view personal information on the left side of my 12306 page, as shown in the figure below.

4. On the personal information page, scroll down to find the contact information. You can see the mobile phone number here to see if this mobile phone number is your own.

5. I haven't received the mobile phone information since I bought the train ticket online. You can also click on the completed order in the left navigation of my 12306 page, and then you can view your online reservation information in the completed order.
