What is the process of college students interviewing clubs?

As I am the choice of a technical club, I need to take a written test before the first round of interview, that is, answer a few basic and professional-related questions. If the answer is basically correct, the person in charge will inform the time and place of the next interview.

Next is the first round of interviews. On the one hand, it is relatively simple. The student association in charge of enrollment will let you wait at the door first. When the students in the previous interview have finished speaking, I will let you go in and interview with others. The number of people here is uncertain, and different clubs have different requirements for the number of people who enter the interview at the same time. Next, I will briefly introduce myself in about 30 seconds, and then talk about the reasons and professional situation of choosing this club. The whole process takes about five to ten minutes, which is relatively short. If you meet the requirements, you will be informed of the next interview time by SMS.

The second interview is more rigorous, but don't be too nervous. This interview will be much less, and some may be individual interviews. Here, you will ask some topics closely related to the content of the club. If it is a technology club, it will ask some professional content such as technology. The whole process ranges from ten to fifteen minutes. Similarly, if there are three rounds of interviews, the next interview time will be notified if they are qualified.

In fact, it is enough that most clubs are two-sided. If there is a third interview, the questions asked are basically some technical and personal questions, which will not be more difficult.
