1. 2. All places, units and their employees who resume business and market must effectively assume the main responsibilities and personal responsibilities, and strictly implement peak-shifting and flow-limiting, two-meter line, cleaning, ventilation and disinfection, and health monitoring of employees. , regular environmental monitoring and evaluation and other prevention and control measures, the number of customers received shall not exceed 50% of the full capacity. 3. Large-scale conferences, activities, forums, trainings, performances, exhibitions and promotions, etc. must be resumed in an orderly manner. The scale of offline activities must be strictly controlled. Events with more than 50 people (inclusive) must be reported to the region. With the approval of the county (city) headquarters, activities with more than 100 people (inclusive) must be reported to the city headquarters for approval. 5. 7. Encourage residents and friends to move in an orderly manner. Persons leaving Harbin must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and travel with the "Longjiang Health Code" green code. They should not go to epidemic areas or medium- and high-risk areas unless necessary. Those who really need to travel to Kazakhstan must strictly implement classified prevention and control measures after returning to Kazakhstan. 8. Continue to strengthen "foreign import prevention" measures. All persons returning to Kazakhstan from provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with local positive infections in China and persons entering and returning to Kazakhstan through ports in other domestic cities must pass the "Longjiang Health Code" (self-registration) two days before arriving or returning to Kazakhstan.
