The Great Wall Cross-border International Debit Card Platinum Card is mainly issued to customers whose financial assets are more than 200,000 yuan or whose equivalent value is more than 6,543,800 yuan. Customers who hold Platinum Card or above of Bank of China or other commercial banks can apply for EMV Platinum Debit Card directly. Other ordinary customers (such as international students) can issue gold cards. Gold cards, like UnionPay debit cards, do not require the initial deposit amount.
