How to change the mobile phone number of CCB online banking payment?

Steps to change SMS prompt to mobile phone number when CCB pays online banking:

1. Bring the account holder's ID card and bank card to the account holder's counter to change the reserved mobile phone number.

2. Consult the bank staff for specific operation steps.

Modify the bank card reservation information:

1. First log in to the home page of the bank and click Personal Online Banking to log in.

2. Enter the login page, enter the user name, password and verification code in the boxes indicated by the red arrow respectively, and finally click Login.

3. Click Customer Service. After entering, you can see that the sidebar on the left has many options. Find the items to query and modify customer contact information.

4. Click Query to modify customer contact information. At this point, the type of contact information will be displayed. Click the drop-down box.

5. Click Query to open the previously set information, fill in the information to be changed, and then click Add.
