If push information/advertising often pops up automatically on your phone, we suggest:

1. Open the notification bar and check whether there is the word "Clear" on the upper right side of the notification bar. If so, please click to clear the notification bar information.

2. On the standby interface - slide down the top curtain of the screen - look for an advertising message and hold it without letting go - it will prompt "Applications" - click to enter and cancel the check mark in front of "Show Notifications".

3. The advertising push information that automatically pops up may be push information from downloaded third-party software. It is recommended to disable the push information function through the software settings options.

4. If it is invalid, it may be related to the downloaded software. It is recommended to uninstall and delete the corresponding software.

5. Back up mobile phone data (phone book, text messages, multimedia files, etc.) and restore factory settings (enter phone settings--Reset-Restore factory settings)
