I. Handling

Bring the following information to Yangchengtong Customer Service Center:

1. Original student ID card (or household registration book)

2. Non-students should also bring the original ID card of the agent.

Tips: You need to pay the deposit again to reissue the student card.

Second, get the card

After 3 working days from the next day of acceptance, you will receive the card from the original Yangchengtong customer service center with the business acceptance receipt, student ID card or household registration book; Or through the courier company to the designated address, to receive the card, you need to show the original student ID card or household registration book, and return the business acceptance receipt.

Tips: Express delivery business needs to be handled simultaneously when applying at Yangchengtong Customer Service Center (payment and filling in express delivery form).

Third, the balance is refunded.

The balance of the lost card after 3 days from the day after the loss is reported, and the refund will be made according to the prescribed refund method after 7 days from the day after the loss is reported.

Tips: Refund methods include returning a new student card, returning a designated Yangcheng Pass card or returning it in cash. If you choose to return a new student card or designate a Yangchengtong card, you can use the card to recharge the balance at Yangchengtong recharge point 7 days after the loss is reported; If you choose to return the money in cash, you can get the balance back from the original customer service center of Yangchengtong with the receipt after 7 days of reporting the loss.
