First, check whether the SIM card is plugged into other mobile phones, to see whether you can send and receive short messages, whether the mobile phone is in arrears, whether there are sensitive words in the content of short messages, or whether repeated short messages are sent to the same number and blocked by operators, and whether the number of the short message center is set correctly. It is recommended to consult local operators.

Whether there is a third-party application intercepting SMS, some security management applications will filter SMS, and it is recommended to uninstall it.

When the cell phone has no signal or the signal is weak, the message may not be sent successfully, so you can try again where the signal is strong.

The network system is busy, especially during the peak period of holiday information transmission, and the information may not be sent successfully. It is recommended to avoid the rush hour and try again.

Try to restore the default settings of SMS application. Operation path: open the information, click > Settings, and select Restore Default Settings.

If you can't receive the SMS sent by Apple's mobile phone, the messages sent by other mobile phones can be received normally, probably because the mobile phone number was bound to Apple before, and the other party sent iMessage instead of ordinary SMS. You can refer to Apple's official instructions to unbind the phone number from the iPhone device.

If the above methods can't solve the problem, it is recommended to back up important information, restore factory settings or upgrade the mobile phone system and try again.
