Unable to send and receive SMS.

The common reasons why you can't send and receive short messages are setting errors or signal problems. If you use a one-plus-one mobile phone, we suggest that you do the following troubleshooting:

1, check whether the mobile phone is in arrears.

2, check whether the environmental signal is good.

The unstable signal in some areas may lead to the problem of sending short messages, so it is recommended to switch to other places as much as possible.

3. Check whether the number of the SMS center is set correctly.

Please check whether the number of SMS center is set normally (Unicom only), and set the path "Enable SMS >"; At three o'clock in the upper right corner > Settings > Advanced > SMS Center Number ",confirm whether the SMS Center number is correct. The number of short message centers varies with operators and regions. It is recommended to consult the operator to find out the exact number change and then try to send a message.

4. Confirm whether the short message is blocked or blocked.

Some spam messages may be intercepted or blocked by mobile phone systems or third parties. You can view it in "SMS >: three points in the upper right corner > harassment interception".

5. Confirm whether the SIM card can be used normally.

Take out your mobile phone SIM card, try to change a mobile phone and check whether it is damaged; If not, clean the mobile phone chip before inserting it for post-test, or insert the available SIM card of other operators for post-test.

6. Confirm whether it is impossible to send SMS to the service number starting with 106.

If the service number starting with 106 cannot be sent, please contact the manual customer service directly.
