I forgot my qq password. How to change the password by SMS?

Step 1: Open the QQ software on the computer and click the "Retrieve Password" button on the right side of the password column in the login window (the red box in the figure).

Step 2: Pop up the password retrieval page of QQ Security Center, enter the QQ account number you want to retrieve your password, and then click the "Click to start verification" button (the red box in the figure).

Step 3: Drag the slider to complete the verification step.

Step 4: Click the "OK" button (red box in the figure) to enter the next step.

Step 5: Enter the bound secret mobile phone number (red box in the figure), get the SMS verification code and enter it. If the mobile phone number is not bound, click the "Change Other Authentication Methods" button in the red box below the OK button.

Step 6: After the user who is bound with secret security obtains the SMS verification code and inputs it (red box in the figure), a new QQ password can be set.

Users who are not bound to Mi 'an need to select "None of the above" to enter the appeal stage of filling in the relevant information of QQ account.

Step 7: Fill in the relevant information of QQ account as much as possible to increase the possibility of retrieving the password. After filling in, click "OK" button to enter the next step.

Step 8: If the QQ account information is detailed and true, we can go to the next step to set a new password.
