How to deal with Huawei p 10PLUS SMS without prompt tone?

Huawei P 10 Plus SMS can be operated according to the following steps, without sound prompt:

1. Please confirm whether there are no prompts in all interfaces (the system is designed to receive the short message of this contact in the short message dialogue interface without ringing).

2. Please confirm whether to turn on the ringtone volume (press the phone side key to increase the ringtone volume).

3. Please check whether the SMS prompt tone is set correctly.

Information > More > Settings > Notification Ring and Vibration, and check whether the notification ring of the corresponding card is selected as "None".

4. Please check whether the Do Not Disturb function is turned on (a crescent icon will appear in the status bar after it is turned on, and you can check this switch by pulling down the status bar).

5. Check whether the notification function that allows information application is turned on.

Go to settings > notifications and status bar > notification management > information to see if "Allow notifications" is turned on.

6. Please restart your phone and see if it is restored.

7. If the problem still cannot be solved, please back up the important data and restore the factory settings.
