First, the main leaders of the Party and government of the Provincial Road Transportation Bureau discussed the intrinsic safety and safe transportation in combination with the actual situation of the industry and the characteristics of safety work, and published articles in the media such as the Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Public Information Service Network. Second, road transport management institutions at all levels should combine their work responsibilities, organize business backbones to go deep into the grassroots, carry out publicity and education activities around laws and regulations, typical cases and preventive measures, strengthen safety concepts, popularize safety knowledge, and promote the implementation of responsibilities.

(2) Promote learning. One is to organize * * * to enjoy the experience exchange of "safe traffic". The Provincial Road Transportation Bureau will further promote the creation of "safe vehicles" and "safe stations" in combination with the requirements of "safe traffic" construction, select areas with fast progress and good results, and conduct a field achievement display and experience exchange respectively. The second is to carry out safety production management exchanges. The Provincial Road Transportation Bureau will select representative units or enterprises for on-site observation. Third, road transport management agencies at all levels should actively carry out safety production propaganda through the media and conduct extensive exchanges and interactions.

(3) Implementing special actions. First, the provincial road transport bureau should carry out a special rectification for the outstanding problems existing in the safe production of dangerous goods transportation. Second, all units should carry out more exposure actions of violations of laws and regulations in production safety through "double randomness", exposure platform and "hand-to-hand shooting". Third, all units should carry out "6. 16" safety publicity and consultation in crowded places such as squares, passenger and freight stations. Fourth, the provincial road transport bureau took the lead in organizing an emergency drill for safety production in the field of road transport industry. Fifth, all units should carry out the "ankang cup" competition in accordance with the unified deployment of the Provincial Department of Transportation. Sixth, all relevant units should carry out the "looking back" inspection activities of civilized bus passenger stations, and timely summarize the good experiences and practices of safety culture construction and demonstration creation activities.

Four. Activities require

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. All localities should carefully plan and deploy, combine the organization of "Safety Month" activities with the in-depth development of "Road Transport Safety Year" activities and the key tasks currently carried out, take the "Safety Month" activities as the starting point, actively promote various tasks, formulate measures, implement responsibilities, and achieve results.

(2) Actively create an atmosphere. All units should actively make use of various media, various propaganda and cultural positions, passenger stations and other window platforms, adhere to the positive publicity around the construction of "safe traffic" in a way that the masses like, vigorously popularize the laws and regulations on road transport safety, enhance the awareness of safety production of employees and the masses, guide the masses to strengthen supervision over road traffic safety production, and create a strong atmosphere for "Safety Production Month" activities.

(3) Strengthen follow-up supervision. All localities should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the activities of "Safe Production Month", grasp the activities in real time, and criticize and correct the units that are not in place to ensure the effectiveness of the activities and avoid becoming a mere formality. The provincial bureau will organize a supervision team in a timely manner to supervise the development of the "Safe Production Month" activities on the spot.

(4) Pay attention to information submission. All localities should keep abreast of the activities and situations, identify a liaison and submit the activities (reports, briefings, news articles, pictures, video materials, etc.). Submit it to the Provincial Road Transportation Bureau in time, and submit the summary of "Safe Production Month" before July 3rd 12:00. Activities and information submission will be included in the annual safety production target assessment.
