If you are a post-paid user of Unicom with a credit line, the payment period of Unicom is from the 5th to 25th of each month. If you haven't paid off the arrears of last month on the 26th, it will lead to a high-half downtime, and you can't make normal calls. If you have just recharged the phone bill, see if you have paid it in full. If you have paid in full, I suggest you close it and try again.
