1 After the counter application of CCB is completed, please log on to Alipay website online and click "Alipay Cartoon" to open this service.

After clicking "Activate Cartoon Service", if you are not a digital certificate user and have not started SMS reminder service, the page will prompt you to apply for account security.

If you are a digital certificate user or have opened SMS reminder service, you can directly enter Alipay Dragon Card number and payment password of Alipay account to activate cartoons.
