Legal basis: Scoring for illegal acts of road traffic safety Article 3 If a motor vehicle driver commits one of the following illegal acts, 3 points will be scored at a time:

(a) driving a passenger car (excluding buses) and a passenger car other than a school bus, which exceeds the approved number by less than 20%;
