1. Block access through phone desktop settings-Security-Harassment, as shown below:

2. After entering the harassment interception, there are options such as call interception/information interception/blacklist/whitelist interception notification, which can be set according to individual needs. As shown in the figure below:

3. We can also directly set the specified phone number in the blacklist, so that we can't receive calls and information in the blacklist number.
