How to set automatic reply information for Niu Qian?

The method of setting automatic reply is as follows:

Tools/materials: demo computer: assembled desktop, computer version Niu Qian version: V7. 12.02 N, demo mobile phone: Red Rice Note 4X, mobile phone version Niu Qian version: V7.7.0.

Method:

1. Open Niu Qian on your computer, and then click the main menu button in the lower left corner.

2. Click the menu item "System Settings" in the pop-up menu.

3. In the Niu Qian System Settings window that opens, click the AutoReply menu item on the left.

4. Click the Auto Reply button in the window on the right.

5. Click the Add button in the opened automatic reply setting window to add the content to be automatically replied.

6. Then switch to the window where automatic reply is set, and check the check box in front of "Automatically reply when the buyer's information is received for the first time that day".

Method 2

1. We can also click to open the "My" tab in the lower right corner of the main interface of the mobile phone.

2. Then click the menu item "Want Want Chat Settings" in the opened "My Details" page.

3. Then click the setting item of "Edit Automatic Reply" in the open Want Want chat window.

4. In the automatic reply window that opens, we click the menu item "After the first consultation of the customer".
