Mobile phones can't receive short messages sent by CCB, which can be roughly divided into the following two categories:

In the first category, CCB system did not send short messages to customers:

1. The customer has cancelled the CCB account change notification service;

2. Due to the customer's failure to pay the account change notification service fee in time within the grace period, CCB system has suspended sending account change notification SMS to the customer;

3. The customer customized the short message receiving time for CCB 95533 short message service, and the short messages generated during the non-short message receiving period will be delayed by CCB system to the next short message receiving period;

4. The customer has applied to CCB to block all short messages sent by 95533 to the mobile phone;

5. The customer's SMS belongs to the SMS notification generated by batch processing in the background of our bank. In order to avoid the interference of such short messages to customers, if the sending time of short messages on the same day exceeds 2 1:30, it will be postponed to 8: 00 the next day.

Second, the customer's mobile phone can't receive the SMS:

1. The customer asked 360 guards, incoming calls and other software in the smart phone to intercept the short message of CCB 95533;

2. The customer's SMS storage space is insufficient to receive new information;

3. The customer's mobile phone number is in arrears with the operator's communication fee and has been suspended by the affiliated operator;

4. The customer's mobile phone number has applied to the home operator to set CCB 95533 as the blacklist number of blocked SMS;

5. The short message transmission network signal of the operator in the customer's area is poor, resulting in the loss or delay of short message transmission.
