How to send text messages in Hong Kong and Macao?

1. Usually, when roaming in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and roaming internationally, you can send short messages in the following ways:

1 domestic users: directly enter the other party's number;

2 Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas users: "00" or "+"+country code+user number.

2. If you are roaming in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, you can't send Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and international short messages on your mobile phone. It doesn't rule out that it is caused by the following circumstances:
