Primary and secondary card customers refer to all tariff products except e-card, standard Shenzhouxing, GSM prepaid, campus card and data card. 3. Primary/secondary card customers cannot join the home network package and VPMN at the same time. 4. Each number can only form or join one home network. 5. The minor number is set by the major number. Every time 0.5 yuan is set, it will take effect the next month. It is free to set the secondary number for the first four times in the month of applying for the package.
